Refund policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance and skincare products, products that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned together with original packaging.

Products that have been handled beyond what is necessary to examine them, or that are no longer considered to be in resalable condition, may be subject to a deduction for diminished value of up to 100% of the product price.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
