Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Sweden, across the EU, as well as to Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Available shipping destinations, delivery times, and shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from our studio in Stockholm within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, launches, and high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

You will receive an additional shipping confirmation once your order has been packed and dispatched.

Within Sweden, orders are shipped with PostNord. Once your parcel has been received by the carrier, you will receive tracking information directly from them. We recommend downloading the PostNord app for the best delivery experience.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, or if there appears to be an issue with tracking or delivery, please contact us at support@baregaia.com.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives incomplete or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • A photo of the received items
